After cleansing, pat dry. Remove the sheet from the pouch and carefully unfold. Apply to the entire face with the protective side outward, avoiding the delicate eye area. Carefully peel off the protective film and then relax for 10 to20 minutes. Remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining Extreme Cream into the skin allowing for additional absorption and moisturization.
